Project Description

The City of Toledo received a Great Lakes Restoration Initiative grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to complete site characterization activities and a feasibility study to determine the restoration potential of Penn 7, a former confined disposal facility (CDF) located adjacent to the Maumee River. Working closely with the City, Hull led efforts to prepare the successful $175,000 NOAA grant, which included developing the restoration concept and preparing the grant scope of work and cost estimate.
